Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Under normal circumstances, all products are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for products vary based on the provider terms and conditions of supplier, along with terms and conditions of the carrier. Shipping rates start at $5.99 for domestic shipping within the Unites States, while rates for international shipping may vary based on destination location.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
- Our distribution facility\’s business days are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. though 3:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we may announce.
- In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
- On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.

Since we use an automated order processing and warehouse system, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please email us at email@example.com, and we\’ll work with you to resolve your issue.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department (email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use our contact form).
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have already been opened or used. In \”special cases\” where we do authorize refunds for opened items, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
All returns must be shipped back to Perfumaze using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Perfumaze, and for which tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to Perfumaze marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
